Today, Alzira serves as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Pikes Peak, one of the most influential leadership networks in the real estate industry. The Women’s Council is dedicated to developing strong business leaders, elevating professional standards, promoting education, and amplifying the voices of women in real estate. As President, Alzira leads initiatives that strengthen the local real estate community, expand leadership opportunities, and create meaningful connections for REALTORS® throughout Southern Colorado, reflecting her passion for advocacy, empowerment, and industry excellence.

Alzira’s path to real estate success is built on a strong foundation of academic and professional achievement. She earned her master’s degree in Criminology from Valdosta State University on a full academic scholarship. Her decade long career in the legal field established her as a strong advocate for fairness and equity, sharpening the analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills she uses daily in real estate.

Her entrepreneurial journey continued when she owned and operated a successful restaurant that became a welcoming community hub. Combined with years of international travel and exposure to diverse cultures, these experiences shaped her deep understanding of human connection, an invaluable asset in her client centered real estate approach.

A graduate of the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, Alzira continuously invests in professional growth. She holds several elite real estate designations, including:

Alzira’s adventurous spirit also extends to aviation. She earned her Private Pilot’s License after completing flight training on St. Simons Island, Georgia, and finalizing in McAllen, Texas, a testament to her discipline, determination, and passion for exploring new horizons.
